At Clear Choice Beef, we raise dairy-crossed Angus calves from birth until harvest. We feed, care for, and provide a healthy, stable environment for our cattle to thrive. Cattle are fed a balanced diet of grass and corn that we plant, grow, and harvest ourselves. This balanced diet optimizes the taste and texture of our beef.

Imagine having a 24/7 buffet of a diet tailored just for you...That's exactly what our Angus cattle get to experience! We take care of every aspect going into raising our cattle to ensure a clean and consistent product. We grow and harvest all of our own hay and corn, which is then fermented for optimal utilization by our cattle's stomachs, and eventually mixed with protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals for a balanced diet.
